We primarily follow NLL rules with the following notable variances:
- Games consist of two 15-minute halves with a 2 minute halftime
- Running clock with the exception of injury, timeout, or major penalties
- One 30 second timeout per team allowable per game
- A Major Penalty results in a penalty shot and successive possession awarded to the offended team and a 3 minute non-releasable penalty for the offending player.
- Overtime is a rapid best of 3 shootout. A tie after 3 shots per team continues round-by-round until there is a victor. No repetition of shooters unless a full roster has been exhausted.
